Renate Fournier-Belanger - CORE FX Personal Training Certified Personal Training Specialist
As a National Competitive Body Builder, group fitness instructor and avid mountain biker, Renate has over 30 years of experience in the field of fitness and competitive sports. A few of the recent titles under her name include a 6th Place Finish in Women's Physique at the Canadian Body Building Federation Championships in 2016, 1st, 2nd and 5th Place Finishes in Women's Physique at the 2016 Ontario Provincial Championships, 2 First Place Finishes and is the Overall Women's Physique Champion title holder at the 2015 Sudbury Classic Championships.
Renate has a solid understanding of how one's fitness level can directly impact quality of life. She excels in motivating others to reach their personal goals, whether they be intensive task-specific goals or to improve one's overall fitness level.
Your time is precious, so her approach focuses on helping to develop a program that fits your lifestyle. Renate's key to success is through continuous tailoring and adapting of workouts as progress is made to avoid hitting a plateau.
Along with being a Certified Personal Training Specialist, Renate has training in the areas of Weight Management, Fitness for Women, Supplementation for Training or Performance and Hamstring Strains.
